NP-R1 Reticle
This reticle provides the user with 1 MOA measurements on the elevation bar and 2 MOA measurements on the windage bar. This reticle design allows the shooter to range easily and accurately.
Because of NightForce's illumination technology, the glass etched reticle glows red and can be illuminated at different intensities. This flexibility ensures excellent reticle contrast in low light when illuminated or a well-defined black reticle when not illuminated.

High-Speed Turrets
High Speed Turrets display directional adjustment not only on the turrets but also on the scope so you don't have to look for it on the knobs once you've made an adjustment.

Windage shows direction for wind adjustment next to each number displayed on the turret i.e. 1R, 2R and 1L, 2L.

20 MOA/or 10 Mils of adjustment per revolution; turret displays a single horizontal line per revolution allowing you to always know how many revolutions you've made.

Zero Stop
Zero Stop technology allows you to return to absolute zero just by feel, no matter where your zero is or how much adjustment you've made. No more counting clicks, paint or high speed visual reference.

Pre-production scopes are tested in a pressure tank simulating 100 feet of water for 24 hours, ensuring absolute waterproof integrity.

NightForce tests thermal stability by freezing them to -80F, then heating them to 200 F within a one-hour period. Function is checked at both temperature extremes.

Recoil and impact are tested at 1,250 Gs' for both positive and negative forces.

Every scope is completely inspected and checked at over 70 different points.

They test forward impact, side impact, tracking accuracy and resolution integrity.
