LaRue Tactical Scope Mount QD LT745

The LT745 places the centerline of the optic 1.5" above the top of the rail for optimum cheek weld with a variety of flat top rifles. The cantilever positions the scope out front over any handguard or barrel nut, eliminating the need to span from the receiver to the handguard. The cantilever also allows the shooter to obtain proper eye relief.

The popularity of the SPR series of mounts is partially due to the innovative backbone that connects the split vertical rings. This design provides a more robust platform for the optics, increases repeatability, and eliminates the need for time-consuming lapping. The rings are precision-machined with the tightest tolerances, and feature threaded steel inserts, built to withstand a lifetime of abuse.

Like all LaRue mounts, it is precision-machined out of bar-stock aluminum and anodized. The locking LaRue Speed Levers provide outstanding return to zero; the optic can be removed, and replaced, without loss of zero. Guaranteed.

Ring Sizes: Available with: 35mm, 34mm, 30mm or 1" rings

MOA: Available in 10 or 20

About VFZ™ Mounts:
VFZ™ is a new theory in the concept of clamping accessories to MIL-STD-1913 rails. Instead of using a horizontal cross-bolt, the VFZ™ uses a vertical bolt that draws up a clamping foot against the lower angle of the rail, seating the mount similarly to a fully-closed LaRue lever. Once installed on the firearm, index marks allow the user to remove the mount, then reattach to the same tension, providing unprecedented return to zero for a non-QD-levered mount. The unique vertical alignment of the clamp allows components that are structurally stronger than traditional cross-bolt designs.

Why should I select VFZ™ Mounts instead of a QD Lever Mount?:
If you intend to leave an optic or accessory on a rail for the life of the rifle, the VFZ™ option is for you. The VFZ™ is intended as a longer-term, semi-permanent mounting alternative to our well-known Speed Levers. While both mounts will allow the user to remove the mount from the weapon, reinstall it in the same position, and return to zero, the VFZ™ mount is intended for users that will not need to constantly remove and install their mounts (especially in the field).

This is my second LaRue mount. I bought the first one based upon my experience with issued equipment. When it came time to mount an optic on my own AR, I went with what I already knew worked. When I added an AR in .308 the decision was, again, already made. I went with a bigger mount with 20 MOA built in for longer range work befitting the .308, but the choice was easy. The mount is very strong and as light as is reasonable for its strength. The return to zero is the best I've ever used. Quick detach is the way to go for cleaning, shipping long distances, and doing CQB drills. There may be a mount out there as good as LaRue, but I'll never bother to look for it. There are less expensive mounts out there, but since my guns work for a living there are no better mounts out there. I demand equipment I can trust. If LaRue ever makes a car, buy one.

I ordered the scope mount along with the mounts for my Aimpoint PRO and magnifier. I mounted this scope mount to my AR10 that I put together to hold my IOR. Outstanding mounts on all three. Unparalleled craftsmanship and durability. I don't baby my rifle or carbine, and these are what I needed. And LaRue stands apart in service. They sent me my order very quickly, and threw in some goodies for lagniappe. I've used the rub on chicken and ribs, and open a beer with the dillo after shooting.

I have had my LaRue Tactical sniper rifle in 5.56 NATO for a little over a year now, and with it, I ordered the LT 745 cantilever QD mount. I consider my LaRue to be the finest AR I have ever seen. With it, I have shot many 10-shot groups of 1/4" or LESS at 100 yards and still under an inch at 200 yards! I wouldn't trade this rifle for its weight in gold! The products and customer service from LaRue are outstanding and unmatched by anyone in the industry. Semper Fi

Like all LaRue products, this mount is solid. Unfortunately the 20MOA tilt didn't work well with my particular setup. I'm running a Nightforce F1 on a Core30 TAC LR with a 15inch hand guard. The 20MOA tilt caused my folded Troy Industries battle sight to obscure the scope sight picture when zoomed all the way out (3.5x). Luckily the LaRue staff was very helpful. I returned the LT745 and replaced it with a LaRue LT104. I'm sure this product will work great with a different scope, less tilt (10MOA), or maybe with a shorter hand guard, and I am 100% happy with my LT104. LaRue is the best gear money can buy with great customer service.

I got one of these for my DPMS SASS. This mount is an excellent choice for any rifle. It is beefy and the levers being on the right side make it an excellent choice when considering a mount that will be used on a low slung carry rifle. It works as advertised and returns to zero after cleaning. It places my Leupold Mark 4 6.5-20 at just the perfect height for a positive cheek weld and eye relief. This is my go to mount! I purchased the LT745 20MOA to mount a optic on my SCAR17S 18" SASR. Most of the sloped mounts on the market have the QD levers on the left side, and, as a right-handed shooter the LT745 fit my needs perfectly. With the design and fit of the split vertical rings, the scope level barely moves when torquing the bolts. Return to zero is as advertised. I will definitely be replacing my other mounts with LaRue.

Bought the LT745 to mount my 12X SWFA SS on my new AR10. The 20MOA was the selling point for me. Like always Larue goes above and beyond. Got the package in one day (North Texas), along with some dillo dust, a dillo, bumper stickers, and 3 copies of the Constitution!!! Haven't got a chance to mount it up and shoot it, but I'm confident it will do everything I want. Thanks again Larue.

My first time dealing with this mount, I have had several LT104s in the past. As always, absolute perfection! I simply couldn't imagine using any other mounts. This was purchased for a flat top Armalite AR-10 custom build, I utilized a Leupold Mark IV 4.5-16X50 and it is a perfect compliment to my long gun. No other company makes anything as secure, stout, well designed, durable or gives you piece of mind like Larue mounts.

Bought the LT745-30 for the .308 AR I am building. Haven't decided on what glass I am going to put in the mount yet but since I plan on shooting this one out to 800 yards (and hopefully beyond) I went with the 20 MOA base. That give me a similar set up to my .308 bolt gun. The anodizing matches my upper nicely, the locking levers are positively secure and I like that the locking levers are on the right. The LaRue tension adjustment is an extra added bonus...no needing to find a thin 3/8" box wrench, one is provided. LaRue quality is the selling point for me, the extra goodies in the shipping box are just icing on the cake...one can never have too many Dillos.

I am using this mount for a Razor HD on my wildcat AR15. Solid machining and the fact that I didn't have to lap the rings was a plus for sure. The QD system is easy to adjust and set up. Overall 5 out of 5. I also love that the latches are on the right side. I don't have to worry about them getting in the way of the charging handle. Great products coming out of the great state of Texas. They also send you a nice little care package with the mount. Thanks guys!!!

I have lost count of the number of LaRue mounts I have purchased over the years, but the QD LT745 10 and 20 MOA is my favorite. Now, all of my scopes are in this LaRue model mount and every new scope gets one too. Being a right-hand shooter, I use me left for the charging handle, so it is nice not having to worry about the QD levers being in the way. This model puts them on the right-hand side. Simply awesome construction. Rock solid, return to zero every time. While a bit pricy, they are about on par with a set of quality scope rings, but in a one-piece, quick detach mount which gives you more versatility. Hands down LaRue is the best. Purchase with confidence.

This is my second Larue mount. I opted for the VFZ mounting system. I do not plan on taking this on and off my rifle with the exception of flying with it or long road trips so I didn't see much point in the extra $$$ for the throw levers. I have a NF SHV 5-20 in it sitting on match 308. As always very impressed with the quality. If you want a non QD the VFZ is great. Now I just have to wait a few weeks to get a QD eotech mount so my gf doesn't think I'm buying to much crap again!

Just mounted up a Vortex 6-24x50 this is my first Larue scope mount and I am very impressed! Just look at all the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Ratings... That alone speaks for itself! Few products get ratings like that. I went with the 20 MOA mout and it was perfect! I mouted it on an AR10 6.5 Creedmore build and sighted in at 100 yds w/the 20 MOA drop it took me close to a bottomed out scope that gives me a ton of up "clickey clicks" this rifle will be shot at 1000 and beond quite regularly I'm exited to be able to put that much "dope on the scope" what really surprised me... When I mount a scope I go through quite a prosess leveling and etc I start with the scope "zeroed" up/down right/left, when I sighted it in I only had to adjust windage 1 click! I have NEVER seen a mount this precise! Nice job Larue!

Outstanding mount. Using it to mount my Vortex Viper PST 6-24X50 on top of my new AR-10 build. Fits like a glove. Even with a 50mm bell there is clearance to the handguard rail. I haven't had a chance to shoot the gun and take it on-and-off multiple times to see how it holds a zero, but based on my friends that have them I don't anticipate any issues with holding a zero. This is a fine piece of craftsmanship and looks awesome on the gun. I will buy more of these on subsequent long range rifle builds.

This LT745 is a very solid scope mount, probably one of the better ones I've had. They are a little pricier than others, but boy are they solid and with that also comes top notch customer service. I needed some replacement scope ring screws and "Tim" in their sales service simply asked me how many and where to send them. Then he told me that if I had any issues at all, to call and let them know what they can do for me. My screws arrived in short order and quite honestly, besides having high quality products, LaRue Tactical excels in customer service! Oh, and the reason I bought LaRue Tactical this time around, was their reputation and ability to make a scope mount that will return to "zero".

Using the single piece SPR mount gets the maximum ring to scope tube alignment without lapping. Also, the cantilevered, single piece base solves the eye relief problem associated with limited mounting space on some AR platforms. I've used three SPR bases and they have always kept zero with no shifting. I'm currently using the VZ option on the SPR. The nut tightening system seems like a more secure and permanent attachment than the typical Quick Disconnect lever system.
