On the MAC, right click the .BIN file, and choose "Open With..." and choose "Stuffit Expander".
If "Stuffit Expander" is not one of the choices, then Download the Free Stuffit Expander and repeat this step.
This will un-pack the BIN file, leaving you with a normal Macintosh Screensaver Installer.
